and then redirect the free domain name to the free sub-domain name provided by the website providing free hosting .

Now move to http://www.freedomain.co.nr/signup_basic.php and you created a free domain name from the name www.mysite.co.nr so now type : www.yourname.phpnet.us in the TARGET URL field .
